Founder James O’Neal grew up in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and spent more than 40 years building professional and community roots in Chicago before expanding his service in Las Vegas and on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He has owned a Black-owned family agency for more than 38 years.

The agency helps people understand Medicare, health, life, dental, vision, critical illness, cancer, and hospital indemnity coverage. James also volunteers with food pantries and homeless shelters and enjoys hiking, biking, travel, sports, concerts, comedy, and time with family and friends.
